Sport Heroes Walk Against HIV/AIDS
Every day, starting on November 14 2010, a group of prominent South African sport stars will walk and run an average of 30-km per day for sixteen days, criss-crossing Gauteng, ending on International AIDS Day, December 1. Along the way they'll be bringing a message to communities about the positive role that sport can play in combating HIV/AIDS, hold sport clinics in underprivileged communities, and visit HIV/AIDS care centres.
