When to replace a hockey stick

When can a retailer refuse to replace a hockey stick, and when should you fix it or refund your client? Could retailers with stringent no-return-of-broken-sticks-policies hit a brick wall called the Consumer Protection Act number 68 of 2008? Hockey sticks take a lot of punishment and therefore nicks, scratches and cracks are common occurrences, which could bring consumers, inspired by the CPA to your doorstep with demands for a replacement or refund.
