SRSA urges South Africans to vote for Oscarine Masuluke goal in the FIFA Puskas Awards.

 Who is Oscarine Masuluke

He is the current goal minder and show stopper of Baroka FC which is a team from Limpopo. Baroka FC  are currently contesting in the Professional  Soccer League (PSL).

How and why did Oscarine Goal make it to the FIFA Puskas awards:

It still remains one of the best goals of the past PSL season though, never recognized by South Africans after it was nominated for goal of the season award.

It is on rare occasion that goalkeepers will leave their goal posts and run across the other penalty area in an attempt to score a winning or an equalizing goal taking into account all risks attached but, Oscarine did that and he was rewarded with a superb goal sending Orlando Stadium into Frenzy.

Baroka goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke goal came about during the stoppage-time when he scored an equaliser with a bicycle kick. Masuluke latched onto Orlando Pirates keeper Thapelo Mabokgwane’s poor punched clearance, let the ball bounce once on top of the penalty area, before unleashing an overhead kick with his back to goal into the top corner over Mabokgwane and two Orlando Pirates defenders.
