Rev. Makhenkesi Stofile has been Minister of Sport and Recreation of the Republic of South Africa since 29 April 2004. He has since 1996 been the Chairperson of the ANC Eastern Cape and is a Member of the ANC NEC. He also sits on the 2010 FiFA World Cup LOC Board of Directors. Rev.
