Reducing rugby injuries

In a high impact contact sport loike rugby, players accept knocks and bruises as just part of the game. Unfortunately, some rugby injuries can lead to paralysis, or even death. The rugby authorities have therefore introduced safety programmes to try and prevent - and reduce the impact - of these injuries.
