Penny Heyns - An Autobiography with Gary Lemke

Penny Heyns is the greatest female breaststroker of all times. She won three individual Olympic medals and broke a total of 14 world records during her career, while becoming one of the most respected figures in swimming. She is the first, and so far the only, South African ever to win two individual Olympic Gold medals, and did so in historic fashion when she became the first female to win both the 100m and 200m breaststroke events at one Olympics.
