2015/2016 EPG Transformation Status Report
This report, based on the Transformation Charter, reflects the outcome of the EPG transformation audit conducted at the end of 2015. The EPG, Sport's Transformation Commission was appointed by the Minister of Sport and Recreation in response to a resolution taken at a Sport and Recreation Indaba held in November 2011 to ensure implementation of the Transformation charter under the following mandate: - Design, distribute, collect, analyze data sheets and compile annual transformation status reports; - Identify transformation related issues and make recommendations based on audit report findings; - Offer long-term strategic direction on transformation in sport; ..............
An initial response to the 2015/16 Transformation Audit report received, highlights a number of errors and inaccuracies in report content. In the light of this feedback, you are requested to review the correctness and accuracy of the data applicable to your federation in the report (based on the data submitted by your federation in 2015) and to communicate any errors, inaccuracies and/or disagreements for attention and correction to Willie Basson and Mmathapelo Matoko at the following e – mail addresses: email@example.com and Mmathapelo@srsa.gov.za All agreed corrections and alterations received, will serve as input to revise and change your federation’s profile where necessary. The corrected profile, after agreement thereof, will be returned to your federation and also distributed to all federations with a notification that it replaces the relevant profile in the original report. The corrected version of your profile will also be published and linked to the report on the SRSA website. We apologise sincerely for any errors or inaccuracies that may materialise out of your review processes and the inconvenience and disruption it may cause. All precautionary measures to safeguard the integrity of future reports will be reviewed and further strengthened during the compilation of the 2016/17 Audit report.
